Store Policies

We do our best to try to produce 100% happy customers. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!

  • Processing time: Most orders are processed in 1-7 business days, however some items have a different processing time as they are made once they are ordered.​

  • Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

  • Returns & Exchanges: I gladly accept returns, just contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery.

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because their nature, unless they arrive damaged or defective: 

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items on sale

 

  • Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

 

 

  • Wrong shipping address : If the address supplied by buyer was the incorrect one, buyer is responsible to pay reship cost

or order can be cancelled and refunded minus the shipping cost. If it is my mistake, I will pay the cost to reship the item to buyer.
